Job Overview:

Manage the Full Service maintenance activities in a designated project / contract to ensure, in compliance with Quant’s guidelines and procedures, the effective and efficient delivery of the maintenance activities and beyond customer’s expectations; manage the Maintenance function as a profitable Full Service business according to predefined budget and KPIs of the project.

Key Challenges:

• Ensure all Full Service activities according to predefined budget;
• Ensure a safe work environment and compliance to all OHS&E regulations and standards;
• Develop & maintain a safe and rewarding work environment;
• Change culture to improve effective / efficient operation;
• Establish and maintain quality maintenance practices and quality systems;
• Responsible for subcontractor framework contracts;
• Controlling of maintenance business results;
• Ensuring service delivery to customers is in line with corporate strategy;

Key Result Area & Major Activities

• Responsibility for the implementation of the safety and environmental management;
• Develop and train team members in safety practices, as identified by Performance Services Area Manger requirements;
• Attend and facilitate safety meetings, as directed;
• Carry out internal audits as per audit planning process or by relevant programs and management direction;
• Maintain and assist with QUANT Employer Licence requirements;
• Manage excellent customer relations;
• Proactively initiate and drive change, e.g. people, processes and systems within the team and sub-contractors;
• Maintain and promote team spirit and work within the team and sub-contractors to achieve QUANT objectives;
• Manage all required resources for maintenance and projects;
• Ensure effective implementation of the Maintenance Management Master Plan;
• Preparation of annual maintenance budgets and ongoing management of the budget;
• Control Maintenance business;
• Update key performance Indicators (KPI’s) and benchmark against internal / external standards;
• Build the spirit and performance of the team and actively develop people to serve QUANT’s needs;
• Prepare monthly meeting presentations, present and discuss with the customer the result of activities;
• Manage HR and employee issues for the team;
• Manage QUANT business on site.
