Job Descriptions:

• Be responsible for equipment maintenance and facility management;

• Be responsible for the total production technical supporting and guidance.

• Be responsible for the design of layouts of plant and production lines.

• To innovate, optimize technological processes, and continually improve the product quality to reduce the scrap rate, cost and improve productivity.

• To analyze the related working reports on manufacturing, quality control, equipment maintenance etc., find and solve the process/equipment problems in time.

• To manage, monitor and alarm the spare parts storage to keep the production continuous running.

• To prepare and to execute the GMS performance “self” and “official” evaluation.

• To create the action plan base on the GMS Auditor′s recommendations and to track the defined actions regularly.

• To work on the employees suggestions (G.IR-System).

• To visualize the key performance indicators: KPIs for G.IR-system

• To prepare and to execute the trainings, workshops and information meetings about GMS

• To introduce a representative /substitute on GMS-tasks for the time of absence

• Control and manage the department budget, such as spare parts cost.

• Provide the technical training to employees of production, process and maintenance.

Qualification:

• College or above, major in engineering or related (preferable in plastic or mechanical)

• Minimum 8 years working experience in process, maintenance field in multinational companies, in which 3 years is on continuous improvement program, or engineering management

• Strong background to equipment maintenance (especially injection molding machine)

• Strong background on handling problems and problem solving capability in multiple culture environment

• Good knowledge of facility management

• Good reporting and presentation skills

• Analytical and logic thinking, systematic and methodical working

• Know JIT, ISO, DOE and FMEA etc., methodologies for continuous improvement program

• Ability and skills to work with teams and to guide teams

• Hard working and willing to work under emergency or pressure

• Fluent English (speaking, writing)

• Good command of Ms Office
