本职位salary 面谈，工作地点为鄂州经济开发区轻工路18号，公司在周一至周五提供往返工厂至光谷步行街的班车（途径武黄高速、关豹高速、关山大道），同时公司提供免费的早餐、中餐和晚餐，及其他各类福利。

Duties：

• Manage the Ezhou Plant Maintenance Organization. (daily, maintenance capital, reliability).
• Manage the development/implementation of GCP Ezhou Reliability Excellence components.
• Monitor and manage condition of infrastructure and equipment replacement cycles.
• Drive EHS Performance for continuous improvements. Training in EHS and equipment as necessary. Participate and drive JSA, PSA and SOPs as appropriate.
• Identify, initiate, coordinate, and manage maintenance productivity improvement opportunities.
• Assist with Process Safety Management implementation i.e., work practices, design and repair standards, management of change, mechanical integrity, etc.
• Facilitate positive change in the Maintenance organization by pro-actively driving department initiatives. Acts as a change agent in implementing cross-functional plant business objectives.
• Review major purchases and capital projects to optimize life cycle costs.
• Assist in tracking metrics and generating the monthly maintenance report for area of responsibility.
• Assist maintenance personnel by troubleshooting and resolving equipment problems as necessary. Root cause analysis and implementations of action plans.
• Proactively identify development opportunities to build reliability expertise.
• Maintain all related documentation related to plant engineering and maintenance.
• Execution of plant capital projects.

Skills & Abilities

• 5 - 10 yr, engineering and supervisory experience preferably in chemical manufacturing environment.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and solid EHS background in MNC.
• Basic knowledge of the mechanical principles and experience of documentation management.
• Familiar with pressure equipment, plastic extruding machine, packaging machine and chemical pump is preferred.
• Good knowledge of rotating equipment and related design code.
• Some experience around PLC or DCS controlled environment.
• Results and action oriented. Team player with ownership and self motivation.
• Lean/six sigma/5S experience is preferred.
• Good English skill is preferred.
