职责描述：

主要职责：

？ -Keep the production equipment running in a good condition, monitor the equipment performance and reduce downtime;

确保生产设备正常运转，监控设备性能，以降低故障率。

？ -Keep the supporting equipment (air compressor, Power supply, Gas supply, DI water, etc) in good condition in cooperation with the corresponding suppliers

与供应商合作，确保辅助设备（如空气压缩机、供电、供气设备等）正常运转。

？ -Perform troubleshooting and repairing work for all equipment in regards of electrical, hydraulic & mechanical issues.

对所有设备进行电气、液压及机械方面的故障排除和维修

？ -Prepare and implement equipment checklist, maintenance plan and perform general periodic maintenance, predictability maintenance

准备并执行设备检查表、维修计划，实施定期维修及维护。

？ -Machinery operation training of all employees

对全体员工进行机械操作培训。

？ -Machine relevant spare parts purchasing

相关备品备件采购。

？ -Machine innovation or technical upgrading

技术创新升级。

？ -Perform continuous improvement

持续改善。

其他职责：

？ -Understand the effect on the health, safety and environment of departing from specified operating procedures (work practices); develop, prevent and report health, safety and environmental relevance.

了解违反指定作业程序(工作守则)对健康、安全和环境的影响;制定、预防和报告健康、安全和环境相关事宜。

？ -Establish a high safety standard for employees and environment

为员工及环境打造一个较高的安全标准

？ -Assist Site Manager in general functions

协助工厂经理完成日常工作。

任职要求：

Requirements:

？ -Bachelor degree in electric/mechanical engineering.

本科学历，电气工程、机械工程专业优先。

？ -Minimum 3 years maintenance or development experience (hereof 2 years in maintenance)

3年以上维修经验，汽车行业优先。

？ -Ability to serve machinery both in normal and emergency;

能在正常或紧急状况下进行设备维修。

？ -Good knowledge in electrically controlled machinery, PLC, mechanism, and pneumatics as used in an automated production environment.

具备良好的电气、PLC、机械和气动知识，熟悉自动化生产环境。

？ -Electrician certificate with high/low voltage operation license

高/低压电工证。

？ -Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

较强的分析解决问题能力及决策能力。

？ -English, written and verbal

良好的英文书面和口语能力。

？ -Good knowledge of PC-work (MS-Office: Excel etc.)

熟练运用电脑办公软件。

？ -Basic knowledge of EHS regulation;

简单了解EHS法规。

？ -Knowledge of IATF16949 quality system (internal auditor) is a plus

熟悉IATF16949质量体系或具备内审员资格优先。

？ -Experience of TPM implementation is a plus

具备TPM实施经验优先。

？ -Six sigma GB/BB is a plus

具备六西格玛绿带/黑带优先。
