职责描述：

Main tasks

• Keep the production equipment running in a good condition, monitor the equipment performance and reduce downtime;
• Keep the supporting equipment (air compressor, Power supply, Gas supply, DI water, etc) in good condition in cooperation with the corresponding suppliers
• Perform troubleshooting and repairing work for all equipment in regards of electrical, hydraulic & mechanical issues.
• Prepare and implement equipment checklist, maintenance plan and perform general periodic maintenance, predictability maintenance
• Machinery operation training of all employees
• Machine relevant spare parts purchasing

Machine innovation or technical upgrading

• Perform continuous improvement

Supporting tasks

• Understand the effect on the health, safety and environment of departing from specified operat-ing procedures (work practices); develop, prevent and report health, safety and environmental rel-evance.
• Establish a high safety standard for employees and environment

Miscellaneous

• Assist Site Manager in general functions

Job requires independent and fast reaction to emerging problems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in electronics/mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years maintenance or development experience (hereof 2 years in maintenance)
• Ability to service machinery both in normal and emergency;
• Good knowledge in electrically controlled machinery, PLC, mechanism, and pneumatics as used in an automated production environment.
• Electrician certificate with high/low voltage operation license
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• English, written and verbal
• Good knowledge of PC-work (MS-Office: Excel etc.)
• Basic knowledge of EHS regulation;
• Knowledge of IATF16949 quality system (inter5nal auditor) is a plus
• Experience of TPM implementation is a plus
• Six sigma GB/BB is a plus
