Main Responsibilities:

• Make equipment PM plan and schedule. Implement it and keep improving.
• Setup daily round reading plan and implementation.
• TPM system improving.
• Accountable on high level trouble shooting on key machines
• Also to initiate and conduct continuous improvement of machine performance with the support from maintenance team and other functions.
• Be responsible for setting up standard technical process of new equipment purchasing and existing machine technical reform.
• Management and generation of equipment technical documents
• Development and execution of equipment improvement trainings
• Co-work with purchasing department to develop and qualify suppliers

Main Requirements:

• BS, majored in Electrical
• Machine tool related design, assembly and more than 3 years CNC equipment maintenance experience is preferred
• Project management experience on new equipment development, existing equipment technical modification and continuous improvement
• Knowledge in mechanical, electrical and automation
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and team player
• Project management skills
• Workable English in speaking , writing and reading capability
