工作概要:

香港迪士尼樂園度假區致力推行五天工作周：

在營運及業務情況許可下，同事每星期可獲編兩日休假 

職責:

• Implement and maintain the Maintenance Base operating procedures, operation best practice and guidelines through generation of assigned reports, log sheets; and provide prompt feedback to operators to ensure performance quality
• Act as the On-the-Job Trainer in Maintenance Base for new joiners and is responsible for the communication of the latest technical changes, as well as upcoming resort events to the team
• Handle roster planning and act as a backup operator during peak hours of incoming calls or service requests
• Monitor and operate various facilities related systems

基本條件:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant guest service experience in call center, hotline service, facility management , engineering help desk or property management
• Attained secondary education or equivalent
• Previous supervisory experience will be an advantage
• Literate in Maximo and Microsoft Office applications
