Responsibilities 职责:

Handling the work pieces, baskets and trolleys.

搬运工件，货篮和使用手推车。

Operating the CNC machine.

操作CNC数控机床。

Workpieces checking with measurement tools or visually.

使用量检具测量工件或进行外观检测。

Production according to the technical drawings.

按照技术图纸生产。

Simple machine problem solving, cleaning and maintain the machine in good condition according to work instruction.

按照指导书对机床进行控制，清理和维护。

Adjust machine to produce different part numbers.

调整机床，加工不同的工件。

Change tools, adjust and set program parameter to ensure product quality.

更换刀具，以及更换程序,调整加工参数,保证产品质量。

Reach machine maximum output according to CT

根据设备加工节拍要求达到设备最大产量。

Ensure the good quality, can identify the issue on own position.

确保产品质量,能识别自己工序的问题点。

Do the right AM according to AM plan and training, keep the machine in well condition.

根据自主维护计划,进行正确的设备维护保养,保持设备处于完好状态。

According to 5S standard and BPS standard, keep the workplace clean and tidy, implement them correctly.

根据公司5S标准和BPS精益生产系统，保持工作场所的整洁和卫生，并正确的执行。

Keep the Machine in well condition.

Qualification required资格要求:

Min. Technical School，majored in mechanical engineering or CNC.

大专(技校)以上学历，数控或机械相关专业毕业。

More than 2 years work experience of operating CNC machine.

2年以上操作CNC数控机床的经验。

Available to work in three shifts.

可以三班倒。
