As a Medium Voltage Segment Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing sales targets and ensuring sales are achieved, in Electrification Business Area in Shenzhen, Xiamen, Beijing, China.
Reporting to the Sales Manager you will lead the team to meet business targets.
Your responsibilities
- Creating, planning and implementing sales strategy, business development initiatives for Electrification Global Market (ELGM) Medium Voltage (MV) products, bearing, coupling and gearing product business.
- Establishing sales targets and ensuring sales are achieved.
- Identifying opportunities at existing and potential new customers.
- Monitoring and providing reports on whole MV segment market intelligence.
- Leading the team to meet business targets.
Your background
- 10 Years of work experience in electrical industry (medium, high and low voltage/complete set
- Must be proficient in computer skill, PPT & Excel professional
- Must be willing to communicate with customers as well as other function colleagues
- A bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering or related
- Fluency in English writing, reading and speaking
- Willingness to travel up to 60% to fulfill the business goals. Must possess a bright and stable personality, can work under pressure
- Must be Result oriented and have good communication, leadership and interpersonal skills. Must be proactive, open-minded and self-motivated
