K12 Bilingual School in Xi'an, Shann'xi needs is hiring for Aug 15th 2024. （12 months' pay）
Vacancies: 1 Middle school Music teacher.

Monthly Salary: 20,000-28,000 rmb/m before tax
Housing: Free apartment or 3,000 rmb/m for allowance,
Free tuition for teachers' kids (2 kids at most),
6,000 rmb for airfare bonus during summer holiday (with or without ticket),
Relocation reimbursement and airfare allowance, airport pickup provided,
Health insurance
Fully paid holidays: 6 weeks for summer holiday, 2 weeks for winter holiday, 2 days for Christmas holiday(not including weekend).
Provide work visa and resident permit,
Provide every support you need for teaching,
Contract length: 2 years,
Contract completion bonus: 16,000 rmb,
New year bonus: 2,400 rmb,
KC allowance: 500 rmb
Contract period: Middle of Aug 2024-July 31th 2026.
Epidemic allowance（2024-2025）: 10% of annual base salary issued separately in 3 times
Requirements:
1. Education: Minimum of Bachelors degree in related subject (Education, Linguistics, TESOL, etc). Master degree is preferred.
2. Teaching Qualifications: Education based degree and/or iPGCE / PGCE required. QTS/Teaching License preferred.
3. Solid understanding of ELT theory and principles.
4. Demonstrable experience in Primary Education in an international context.
5. Experience leading a diverse team of international educators.
6. Knowledge of HR Policies & Recruitment Practices, Curriculum Design, Academic Programme Management and Leading teacher Trainings and workshops.
7. Strong communication skills. Needs to prioritize and communicate with staff from multiple departments.
8. A2 level of Chinese is preferred.
