The main goal of this position is the planning of the supply of raw materials to guarantee the uninterrupted operation of our 4 production plants, as well as the definition and monitoring of inventory targets, to make efficient use of resources.
What are we searching for?
- Graduates in: Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration, Foreign Trade or related careers.
- Management of Advanced Excel / Sap / Power Bi / Power Point.
- Advanced English.
- Experience in planning and inventory management.
- Knowledge of industrial processes, logistics and basic finance.
- Understand the supply flow of raw materials / packaging and commercial management with suppliers.
What would your key activities be?
- Planning the supply of raw materials for the three finished product plants
- Production planning of the flour refining plant.
- Analysis and management of inventory levels and costs.
- Be a reference of raw materials, with knowledge of recipes, composition, reception conditions, storage.
- Management and coordination of silos and storage positions.
- Management of the disposal of obsolete and discontinued materials.
- Work together with the purchasing and inbound team to identify risks and supply opportunities that have an impact on the normal running of the operation or that require monitoring of inventory / SS targets. Communication to the business of said risks and opportunities.
- Active participation in meetings with our internal stakeholders (operations, inbound, commercial, logistics) to ensure optimal coordination, communication of risks and opportunities.
- Participation in innovation projects that require modification / addition of raw materials in our processes.
- Active support to the S&OP process
