JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support of internal & external communication content development and translation

• Support of company website and social media platform operations, such as WeChat, LinkedIn

• Assist in marketing tools & client giveaways procurement and management

• Assist in company presentation updates or other customer dedicated presentations development

• Assist in graphic design

• Other tasks assigned by supervisors

• 协助内部和外部沟通内容的撰写与翻译；

• 协助公司网站和社交媒体平台运营，如微信、LinkedIn等；

• 协助营销工具和客户赠品采购与管理；

• 协助公司PPT更新与制作；

• 协助平面设计；

• 主管分配的其他任务；

REQUIREMENTS

• Major in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relation or related for a bachelor or master degree, Knowledge of freight forwarder business is a plus.

• Native Chinese, English skills both verbal and written is a must, French is a big plus.

• Proficient in MS Office PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Design software know-how is a plus, a training could be provided.

• Internship experience in marketing or communications functions in an enterprise or agency is a great plus.

• 主修市场营销、新闻、广告、公共关系或相关专业，本科或硕士以上学历，有货运代理业务知识者优先。

• 母语为汉语，英语口语流利，书面英语优秀，法语是一大优势。

• 熟练掌握MS Office PowerPoint、Excel、Word、Outlook、会使用设计软件者优先，可提供培训。

• 有在甲方或者乙方从事市场营销或沟通工作经验的候选者优先。
