Job Description
1.MEMS process/flow development
2.Process/device yield improvement
3.MEMS PCM design and testing

Qualifications
1.Master or PHD in Physics, Mechanical, EE, Chemical or related
2.More than 2-years working experience in MEMS field, with experience in piezoelectric materials (AlN, PZT, etc.) is preferred.
3.Familiar with MEMS device fabrication, yield improvement, and characterization
