This exciting role offers opportunity to:

• Responsible for the organization and improvement of work and production efficiency, the organization and review of manufacturing process and quality, and the improvement of ideas.
• Responsible for the guidance and statistics of various cost saving projects in the factory, and achieve the annual target.
• Promote LEAN culture throughout the plant, set annual goals, and gradually establish LEAN evaluation system in the plant.
• Implementation and promotion of key MVP/VSM projects; Achieve annual target
• Establish a regular training system for factory personnel, so that they have a basic LEAN and improvement perspective, and gradually train and promote high-level front-line leaders.
• Timely complete other tasks assigned by the company and leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; More than 6 years relevant working experience;
• Trained in production operation management, basic financial knowledge, project management, technological process and product knowledge, etc.;
• Be familiar with the company's working procedure, process design and working principle;
• Familiar with office automation, software, etc.
• Have a strong sense of responsibility, can bear hardships and stand hard work; Can bear hardships and stand hard work, serious and responsible, have team spirit.
