Jiahui Health 嘉会医疗 (www.jiahui.com) is looking for Medical Staff Coordinator working at our hospital and satellite clinics. The Medical Staff Coordinator will coordinate with multi-practicing physicians’ consultation in Jiahui Health, support patient transferring, become the super user of HIS for multi-practicing physicians as part of the MAO team providing services to Shanghai Jiahui International Hospital and Clinic patients.

You will: responsibility

• Coordinate between Jiahui hospital, satellite clinics and multi-practicing physicians to confirm the outpatient clinic service hour given patient appointment.

• Track the attendance and payroll of multi-practicing physician with HR.

• Provide HIS training as the HIS super user to multi-practicing physicians.

• Deliver on-site support to multi-practicing physician within first three months to guide the multi-practicing physician regarding medical record completeness, right order and correct coding according to Jiahui clinical guidelines and policies.

• Coordinate between online platform including 好大夫 and 挂号网 and Jiahui PA team to confirm the patient appointment with actual visit follow up.

• Become the contact person from Jiahui hospital and satellite clinics with local hospitals regarding patient transferring, physician consultation, pre-op examination, post-op follow up.

• Support to draft relevant documents and forms.

You have: requirements

• Positive, open minded, high energy professional

• Clinical experience preferable with nursing background or medical related degree

• Passionate and organize with a history of developing trust and productive relationship with individuals of multi-practicing physician

• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Effective and efficient reaction with the multi-practicing physicians and local hospitals both in and out of the Jiahui Health environment

• Good problem solving and time management skills of controlling multiple projects and responsibilities

• Independent self-starter and leader providing the motivation and direction to achieve excellence, personal and group goals

• Proper training skills and willingness of knowledge sharing

• High degree of confidentiality

• Good computer skills using Microsoft Word and Excel and web-based programs

• Excellent English and Chinese language skills are required
