Job Description
Work Period: 6 November
Location: Kowloon Bay
Working Hour: 16:30-01:30 (9hrs with 1hr meal break)
Hourly Rate: $200 / hour
Requirements:
- 175cm or above, decent looking
- Good command of written & spoken English, communicative level of Cantonese and Mandarin
- Exceptional customer service skills and positive attitude working with both internal and external parties
- Your demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team focused environment will highlight your willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members
- You will need to adapt quickly to changes on operation flow
Duties:
- Assist customer to check in / check out and provide guidance to customer to complete the exhibition journey.
- Carry out a satisfied customer service to exhibition visitors.
- Dealing with clients and venues and internal clients in a professional and customer service orientated manner.
- Handle customer complains in a timely and professional manner.
- Daily report to exhibition manager on operation flow and customer issue.
- Keep high attention to all operation details make sure the operation flow runs smoothly.
- Immediate reporting on deficiency in operation flow or damage of visual merchandising items in timely manner.
