Job Description

Work Period: 6 November

Location: Kowloon Bay

Working Hour: 16:30-01:30 (9hrs with 1hr meal break)

Hourly Rate: $200 / hour

 

Requirements:

  • 175cm or above, decent looking
  • Good command of written & spoken English, communicative level of Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Exceptional customer service skills and positive attitude working with both internal and external parties
  • Your demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team focused environment will highlight your willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members
  • You will need to adapt quickly to changes on operation flow

 

Duties:

  • Assist customer to check in / check out and provide guidance to customer to complete the exhibition journey.
  • Carry out a satisfied customer service to exhibition visitors.
  • Dealing with clients and venues and internal clients in a professional and customer service orientated manner.
  • Handle customer complains in a timely and professional manner.
  • Daily report to exhibition manager on operation flow and customer issue.
  • Keep high attention to all operation details make sure the operation flow runs smoothly.
  • Immediate reporting on deficiency in operation flow or damage of visual merchandising items in timely manner.
