1. 县城生意的规划: 找到生意机会点覆盖县镇生意空白地区并调动资源促使生意增长;
Business planning of counties and towns with business opportunities to find and market void to covered, mobilize resource to drive business growth of county and town.
2. 县城经销商管理: 推动深度覆盖与潜力产品的卖进管理经销商月度/年度目标的达成卖进合适的产品组合
Lower tier distributor's management: drive depth coverage and potential brands sell in, drive distributor's to achieve monthly/annually sales target with suitable product mix;
3. 赋能经销商团队提升权重门店的执行: 通过协助经销商设定&追踪团队KPI培训&跟线辅导经销商销售团队的执行提升产品分销及动销;
Empower Sales team of distributor and drive execution in MT stores: support distributors to manage team through goal setting and performance review, to drive ND and sell out through training and coaching.
4. 市场推广活动: 活动计划的制定与执行提升品牌认知度;
Marketing promotion activity: action planning and executing, to drive brand cognitive;
5. 合理商贸费用的管理: 规划权重门店投资提升投资可视度
TS budget management: invest in MT stores and update visibility of investment.
6. 地级市生意提升: 与MCM合作共同促进整体地级市生意的有机增长;
Drive whole city business organic growth by collaboration with MCM;
1. 4年以上快速消费品行业销售经验其中2年以上主管背景
4 years FMCG sales experience with 2 years as Sales Supervisor
2. 具备丰富的经销商管理经验及县镇拓展经验
Solid distributor management and county management experience
3. 具备良好的沟通能力及非职权影响力
Excellent communication skills and nonofficial influence skill
4. 有良好的团队合作精神为人正直接受差旅
Team spirit, high level of integrity, and accept business travel
5. 大专及以上学历。
College degree and above
