物流专员Logistics officer （库存及第三方仓库管理）

Main Tasks：

Monitor stock inbound, outbound and stock transfer process, proceed relevant transaction in SAP, work with 3PL to update daily stock report(in SAP and manual) and keep an accurate stock of shoes, accessories and shopping bags.-stock management :daily monitor inbound & outbound 30%

2. In time processing accurate return, monitoring quality check, rework, and coordinate with retail &E-Comdepartments for return goods disposal.- 20%

3. Communicate with retail and E-Commerce team to make sure on time delivery from Warehouse to retail stores , E-Commerce platform and return, handle retail’ logistics complaint in shortest possible time, always a feedback within 24 hours. - 20%.

4. Regularly visit warehouse to make sure them to follow SOP and comply with regulations, monitor productively and accuracy of warehouse operations to make sure 100% fulfilment of customer orders. -20%

5. Support for PO order intake in system in time.—10%

Main Responsibilities：

1. Good Knowledge of ERP SAP, and good PC skills (excellent MS Excel);

2. With good knowledge in sales order management, outbound delivery, mainland transportation and warehouse management.—must have solid experience of order fulfilment ,plus transportation and warehouse management.

3. Have solid logistics experience of retail, E-Commerce and warehouse management in B2B and B2C. -better have retail experience.

4. Good command of written English.

5. 3 years above logistics working experience, 1 years order management and warehouse experience required.

6. Good analytical and problem solving skills.

7. Strong sense of responsibilities. Can work under the pressure and independent.

8. Strong team spirit and honest & reliable are required.
