Responsibility

1. Work in office, responsible for shipping, international express delivery operation, inquiries and negotiations when necessary.

2. Work close with forwarder, warehouse, trucking company and customs broker on order follow up and anticipate issues.

3. Ensure the correctness of all shipping documents

4. Keep all concerned parties informed about shipment activity timely, including the purchasing department and sales department

5. Optimize the Logistic process to continuously reduce costs and lead-times

6. Responsible for the logistic process standardization.

7. Administration work, such as order water, stationery, table, tape, shopping bag....

8. Accounting work, such as courier bill, electricity bill, management DN, phone DN...

Requirements:

1. Foreign trade or logistics major is preferred;

2. Good presentation and communication skills in both written and spoken English;

3. Proficient PC skills with good knowledge in MS word, excel and outlook;

4. Honest, keen in details, hard working, team player and responsible;

5. Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure;

6. Minimum 4 years experience
