Manage the functions of logistics in materials department including functions of supply chain:
1. Inbound transportation-Forwarder service agreement and freight control
2. Forwarder’s performance evaluation and improvement
3. Outbound transportation-carrier service agreement and freight control
4. Import and Export handling, fulfill the trade compliance requirements
5. Direct materials/MRO Warehouse& 3PL management
6. Shop-floor and warehouse package and returnable containers control
7. Special program in logistics for efficiency and cost control

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS基本职责:

A. Manage the team of logistic function, Responsible for the process optimization, drive cost down and efficiency improvement, improve and maintain the team’s EE and ME

B. Ensure safety in logistic operations on shop-floor (in house/off site warehouse )

C. Responsible for inbound and outbound transportation management, participate the selection of forwarding service, carry out Eaton cooperate policy on global forwarder service, analysis and control freight cost under the budget.

D. Responsible for Wuxi warehouse management, the warehouses include MRO, finished goods, raw materials as well as 3PL warehouse at customer side. Responsible for inventory management, ensure inventory accuracy meets company’s target.

E. Manage the replenishment of the materials to shopfloor, maintain the line storage at the Min/max level and improvement on materials flow per the requirements from lean manufacturing.

F. Responsible for the reporting of forwarders’ performance, keep improving of forwarder’s performance.

G.Responsible for the control inventory of package materials including returnable containers

H. Responsible for lean/kanze project implemented in logistics functions.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE专业知识:

1. 国际贸易或其他相关专业本科以上学历
College or University Degree on business and international trading
2. 五年 以 上在供应链或物流方面的工作经验， 三年以上的物流行业的主管领导经历
Over 5 years’ working experience in supply chain or logistics area, at least 3 years’ experience in a position as a supervisor in charge of warehouse, transportation and freight control, familiar with import and export handing process
3. 熟悉ERP 系统和相关IT设备
Familiar with ERP system and relevant IT equipment
4. 拥有相关职业证书者优先
Relevant job certificate is a preference
