Part of Dover Corporation’s Engineered Systems segment, Vehicle Service Group (VSG) is a strong, diverse and dynamic global leader in the vehicle service industry. VSG comprises 13 major vehicle lifting, wheel service, diagnostic and collision repair brands: Rotary Lift®, Chief®, Forward®, Direct-Lift®, Ravaglioli, Hanmecson®, Revolution®, Elektron, Blitz, Nogra, Butler, Space and Sirio.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead export process development, planning and implementation in plant and ensure the alignment with VSG & regional business strategies;
• Drive the efficiency of daily logistic implementation plans/activities for established business strategies and ensure the achievements at each milestone;
• Ensure the achievement of logistic delivery lead time, cost saving, inventory turn & other key targets;
• Monitor the performance of transportation & distribution;
• Ensure the compliance with company core values & beliefs;
• Coordinate, communicate with planning, manufacturing, sales, purchasing and forwarder for smooth logistic operation.
• Based on customer demand, internal manufacturing capacity & inventory levels to adjust vessel space booking and production transportation schedule.
• Other tasks assigned by direct superior.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree is a must, logistic / international trading related discipline is highly desirable;
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in logistic management, manufacturing industry preferred;
• Experienced user of MRP system
• Experienced in the practice of Vendor Managed Inventory
• Established leadership track record with experience of working with persons from western cultures

Knowledge:

• Excellent knowledge in international trade & logistic /warehouse management;
• MRP knowledge;
• Knowledge of Vendor Managed Inventory

Skill:

Language: Good command of English & Mandarin both in written and oral

Computer skills: Mastery of MS Office & ERP system
