Your Role supports the Order Manager in fulfilling the responsibility for completion of all tasks with commercial and logistics relevance, such as: • Coordinate activities of operations concerned with the logistics, warehouses, and manpower. • Follow-up with forwarders for the shipment imported. • Follow-up on pending orders for shipments for all projects in order of priorities set by projects managements and in line with company process. • Ensure all the daily and monthly reports including KPI / Stands are issued accurately and in time. • Maintains records of manpower list and profile of individual staff and worker. What do I need to qualify for this job? • Bachelor’s Degree studied in business administration, logistic, supply chain. • 0 years of experience (new graduate). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to read and write in English language. • Hard working and collaborative attitude. • Creative thinking skills. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Good time management skills. • Positive, proactive, independent, transparent, process-oriented mind. • Excellence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
