2.1 Manage & control the KPI performance of 3PL

• 3PL KPI performance evaluation
• organize monthly KPI review meeting

2.2 Organize physical stocktaking & support for internal/external audit

• Monthly stocktaking (random sampling)
• End year full stocktaking (with presence of external audit)
• support on stock management for financial internal control /external audit

2.3 3PL cost control

• Monthly Billing check & PR/PO/payment preparation
• Yearly budget control: 3PL cost monitoring / estimation
• Observe & advise on cost saving

2.4 Distributor stock control

Jointly with finance/commercial team to set up onsite stock taking and stock reconciliation for key distributors

2.5 Other assigned responsibilities where required

岗位要求：

• Bachelor’s degree or above;
• Major in Logistics, international trade or related;
• 3-5 years experiences in warehouse management /logistics industry
• Detail oriented, endurance and patience
• Result oriented, proven ability for problem analysis and solving, can work under pressure
• Structured and be able to influence changes

Good oral & written English. Proficient Microsoft office skills
