Position Summary

Logistics Planner is responsible for managing transportation and planning - placement and tracking of shipments, including shipping consolidation, issue resolution and order fulfillment. You may also assist in project implementation, and logistics process continuous Improvement activities。

Essential Job Functions

? Planning and transportation management of domestic and export shipments - consolidation, tender/ assign LSPs, track & trace shipment status

? Coordinate shipping schedules with LSPs / carriers to fulfill customer requirements

? Investigate and resolve issues of shipments behind schedule

? Support freight track & trace, audit & payment

? Interact with LSPs / Carriers to ensure shipment data accuracy

? Support business analyst team

Qualifications

? Understand concept of logistics and supply chain – transportation management or logistics engineering

? Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and data management

? Customer service oriented

? Able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines

? Highly organized and results driven, proactively follow up on tasks

? Good analytical skills, attention to details

? Language (Mandarin and English) excellent verbal and written

? Familiar with business process optimization and improvement

? Prefer candidate has more than three years work experience in logistics or ocean shipping field.
