Job Responsibilities,
This is none-people manager roles and act as individual contributor.
1. Logistical support and order management
2. Order management: Order intake, order output, order change requests.
3. Supply issues, allocation, product availability etc. (toward customers and Sales org)
4. Manage sample orders.
5. Create RMA credits
6. Special price approval process (from Sales MD or VP)
7. Insure Partners are in compliance with Commercial returns policies to process returns, work with sales to approve exceptions
8. IT and AX related activities
9. Core competence and super user within AX
10. AX support for regional Planning and Fulfillment teams.
Report generation and KPI management
1. Report generation on ad hoc basis
2. OTIF report (Globally)
3. Root cause finding and optimization for the region
4. Tashiro reporting to SC management
5. Inventory reports to regional planning and fulfimment team
6. Open order report to 3PL
7. Weekly inventory accuracy reporting to GSC Finance
8. Monthly Cycle count reporting to GSC Finance
Distribution Center Activities
1. Supply issues, allocation, product availability etc.
2. Inventory reconciliation
3. EOL SKU execution
4. Secure execution of hub sharing between regions
5. Monitoring and managing inbound and outbound shipments involving the 3PL
6. Work with and support internal departments in regards to activities at the Distribution Center:
7. Quality activities, Local customization, re-dating and rework
8. Root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies
9. Replacement of retail boxes
10. Managing scrapping of goods with 3PL
11. Customer rework initiatives
12. Product constraint allocations
13. Work with and support internal departments in regards to activities at the Distribution Center:
14. Ensure Orders are shipped out (ensure that orders are being processed to the warehouse and any shipment issues are prioritized and resolved for customers.
15. Participate in end of month and end of quarter Business Review Meetings to inform the status of orders related to goals being met.
Job Requirements,
1. Bachelor degree or 3 - 5 years’ work experience within Logistics & Operation or Supply Chain Management.
2. Associates degree in Business, Marketing or related field and 5+ years costumer service experience providing superior customer care.
3. Business partner, distributor, and/or channel experience preferred.
4. Prior import/export experience an asset
5. User of ERP system with broad experience with and understanding of AX or other ERP system and the system functionality IT-wise
6. Strong Excel skills
7. MC office and Windows
