Be a key element and manage the execution of Logistics and Transports business plans and projects with the team is the desired, as well as capable for drive innovation and execution excellence in Asia Operations. The link between Portugal operations and Asia operations it will be constant.

• On a high level, controlling, analyzing, ensuring and executing operational import goods flow from our main clusters in Asia (mainly southern, northern China and Cambodia) to our 3PL facilities, airports and ports at origin. In terms of logistics operations, overseeing our Asia fulfillment operations for our off-online business always according to efficiency and performance needs factoring service level, quality and cost
• Overseeing and plan accordingly our CFS performance operation based in Southern China
• Becoming main and material contact at origin for our shipping lines and current forwarders based in China and Hong Kong
• Manage the daily operation of the 3PL distribution center and corporate appointed forwarders at macro level
• Oversee, manage and monitor the Logistics fulfillment operations currently based in Hong Kong and Shenzhen (Yantian)
• Monitor of operational service performance and perform auditing to ensure the attainment of agreed service level and inventory accuracy at a cost efficiency manner.
• Manage and take the responsibility for the warehouse planning and efficiency
• Approve and analyses all the costs related to the operation, asking for reports, financial alignment, performance follow-up and costs real evolution vs forecast-budgets and real time dashboards
• Collaborate with other areas as one unit (logistics, finance, buying, IT, planning, distribution, expansion, retail and product management) maximizing synergies and efficiencies

• Degree in Logistic, Engineering, Business Administration or Economics (mandatory);
• Master's Degree in International Trade or Logistics (preferred);
• 5+ professional experience in similar job role, preferential in major distribution, retail, forwarders, or consumer goods environment (mandatory);
• Strong analytical ability, results driven and people oriented;
• Proactive personality, with excellent communication, management and organizational skills;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory, Portuguese and Spanish will be a plus;
• Time flexibility, proactivity, ability to shift priorities according to business needs and strong responsibility awareness;
• Confidence, passion and energy are all key elements needed
