Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the day to day work within the team and ensure timely and proactive communication with customers and other related parties.
  • Ensure excellent service.
  • Fully comply with the company internal operation standards / customer requirements & SOP.
  • Deliver defect free data quality.
  • Ensure our systems related tasks are fully updated within the required deadlines at all time and are reflecting the real time data.
  • Ensure all freighting on our documents / systems are in accordance to our tariff and no deviation allowed without prior approval from your Manager.
  • Ensure payment must be collected from vendors or party responsible for payment(s) before the release of our documents.
  • Ensure all documents were registered properly in order to have the documents tracked.
  • Timely communicate and maintain good relations with all business parties.
  • Proactively work to reduce risk and potential claims.
  • Ensure proper and timely follow-up in case of irregularities.
  • Report adequately, regularly and proactively on performance and developments.
  • Support and take initiatives to drive any process / system development.
  • Accept ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by The Company.

Requirements:

  • Education: bachelor degree or above.
  • Experience: solid knowledge & working experience related to forwarding/logistics/transportation or foreign trade industry, preferably with 3 years or above, have working experience on buyer consolidation and supply chain management will be preferred.
  • Computer skills: proficient Microsoft office skills.
  • English competence: fluent spoken and written English skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills etc.
