• Collaborate with the Sam’s business teams to ensure sufficient capacity to support the growth of the Sam’s club business, optimize Supply Chain costs and improve Supply Chain service to the Clubs.
• Propose Supply Chain solutions and projects to better support the Sam’s club business.
• Coordinate among Supply Chain internal teams (DC, FDC, EDC, MLM, transportation, DI) and Sam’s teams (replenishment, merchandising, EC) to achieve projects’ goals;
• Follow up with projects teams for projects status and regularly report out the progress to management team;
• Support daily operation request from Sam’s team include but not limited to shipment tracking, cost calculation, DC/FDC delivery frequency change, urgent delivery, suppliers’ delivery issue etc.;
• Collect data and maintain Sam’s DC in-bound & out-bound volume forecast to ensure no space issue in DC;
• Give recommendations for operation optimization through data analysis and work flow study to reduce Cost to Service (CTS) or Days On Hand;
• Work with Sam’s Replenishment team for holidays’ (DBF, MAF, CNY etc.) arrangements and identify any gaps between supports requested and SC could provide;
• Follow up with Replenishment and Merchandising for the long-aged DC inventory to have the inventory cleared as planned schedules;

任职要求：

• 2+ years of working experience in logistics or supply chain, retail industry logistics experience is preferred.
• Excellent project management skills and communication skills.
• English could be working language.
• Good Data analysis skills.
