1. Coordination of all topics regarding external logistics (transportation, booking, forwarder delivery issues)

2. Providing assistance to customs clearance process for import and export of equipment and parts, prepare Customs clearance needed documents/certificates

3. Apply for Certificate of Origin or other certificates as per customers’ request

4. Participate Customs/CIQ site inspections for parts or equipment

5. Ensure proper Customs clearance and inspection process with all concerned matters.

6. Work with Customs broker and Forwarder to ensure parts are delivered on time

7. Maintain reports as required on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

8. Other tasks might be assigned

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED:

1. At least 1-2years' working experiences

2. concrete knowledge in, customs clearances experience, packing of machines will be a considerable plus

3. With moderate mechanical knowledge; college degree and majored in in international trade business or Mechanical engineering will be preferred

4. Good coordination skills

5. Good analytical thinking skills

6. Good interpersonal and communication skills

7. Basic English skills (speaking, reading, listening and writing).

8. Good knowledge in Microsoft Office- and ERP-Systems (e.g. SAP)
