Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the China relationship with our freight carriers;
• Make sure SOP be followed by 3PL, KPI for whole order life-cycle to achieve on time shipment rate;
• Educate merchandise vendors on order fulfillment and shipping requirements for USA;
• Measure and report on vendor performance metrics on order confirmation, submit shipment order and on time delivery;
• Familiar with forwarder performance review;
• Communicate forecasts for seasonal shipment orders and make sure shipment schedule match with Headquater requirements;
• Support team for all vendors order and delivery unusual issues.
• Assist cross function team to resolve issues related to purchase orders, system and shipments;
• Be involved for 3PL performance review meeting, keep improving KPI.
  
• Manage local customs & brokerage issues;
• Ensure that company policies and values are followed at all times;
• Assist ad hoc projects when required

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Management or related discipline;
• At least 8 years solid management experience in logistics or related position in large and MNC organization;
• Well experience in export to USA and international marketplace;
• Strong team management, logical thinking, organizing and problem solving skills;
• Strong ability to establish effective corrective and preventative measures;
• Good team player, communication skills and interpersonal skills;
• Energetic, outgoing, self-driven and be a role model, detail and result-oriented;
• Good business acumen, people management, 3PL management experience;
• Able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility and customer oriented;
• Able to handle multi-task in a fast paced, sometimes pressurized environment;
• Good command in Mandarin & English, written and verbal a must;
• Excellent computer skills inclusive office IT application, Excel and powerpoint;
• Travel to local cities and overseas countries is required
