To control and optimize the inventory level and structure by managing demand changes, and analyze the trend and take properly initiatives to attain the effective supply capability

To coordinate with engineering, production and sales as well as other related teams to reduce the slow-moving and phase-in/out items.

To ensure warehouse operation and inventory management in compliance with Finance procedure, supply chain strategies, company and customer standards.

To support CSA team manage products SOP and EOP, reduce and avoid the premium freight cost happened and obsolete materials generated.

Requirements and skills, identify skills required for the job (managerial and technical ) 要求和技能，识别出本职位的上岗技能要求（管理方面和技术方面）

Bachelor degree or above. 本科及以上学历。

At least 5 years working experience in logistics management in automotive industry. 5年以上汽车行业物流管理工作经验。

Be familiar with SAP system is preferred. 熟悉SAP系统优先。

Good English communication is mandatory. 良好的英语沟通能力。

Good knowledge of import and export regulations and procedures. 熟悉进出口法律法规及相关程序。

Good knowledge of warehouse management. 良好的仓库管理知识。

Good sense and ability of Project Management. 良好的项目管理意识和能力。

Excellent leadership quality and Good communication skills. 优秀的领导素质和良好的沟通技巧。

Self starter and team player. 积极主动，具有团队精神。

Effective negotiation skill and coaching skill. 有效的谈判技巧和指导技巧。
