• Responsibilities:
  
  1.Design and improve each responsible sections’ operations procedure and management system, including transportation, warehouse, trade compliance, stock control, package and mechanism assembly workshop;
  2.Organize operations in the responsible sections according to the system designed; Set KPI for the team and encourage team member to achieve it; Efficiently control and utilize the team budget.
  3.Manage logistics supplier to ensure the service quality and control the cost; Support master dealers on logistics to realize better sales.
  4.Plan for the logistics operations and management model in the coming 3 years.
  Coordinate with and support to related department.
  
  Requirements：
  
  1.Strong logical thinking, organizing, coordinating, controlling and negotiation skills.
  2.People orientated with good communication & interpersonal skill
  3.Good coordination skill and teamwork spirit
  4.Fluent communication in English
  5.Bachelor or above
