Job Responsibilities:

• 
  Comply with Company and Project purchasing, traffic and logistics policies and procedures and act within the limits of delegated authority.

• Develop the strategy and plan for logistics, recruit and train new comer,

• Work with engineering, planning, project controls, quality, HSE, construction and other procurement organizations to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of project materials and equipment

• Assist in the development, for Customer approval, of a Transportation and Logistics plan, including identification and incorporation of all, or relevant portions of, INCOTERM.

• Work with Procurement Manager, project manager and Customer to select qualified freight forwarder and/or Customs clearance service provider for specific project.

• To ensure correct shipping document transferred among suppliers, freight forwarder, Customs clearance provider and Customers on time for duty-free application and Customs clearance.
  

Job Requirements:

• 
  At least 8 years experience at the intermediate level, performing the assigned tasks and providing supervision and guidance to assigned personnel;

• Experience working with a freight forwarder, transport provider or customs broker is a significant advantage;

• Bachelor degree or above;

• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
