Logistics Manager

Your Responsibilies:

• Manage the material flow within the plant
• In charge of WH functions management and the optimization of customer service
• High knowledge on Production Planning, Capacity & Safety stock.
• Manage and continuously optimize contract logistics operations by implementing standard processes, standard IT applications and operational control systems (KPI).Define and implement cost control and safety/security system for all Plant Logistics areas.
• Accountable for the implementations and improvement of logistics ERP system.
• Effectively manage and control all plant logistics operations, including the urgent transportations to Customers, create and monitor the annual budget for the department and troubleshooting on issues related to ERP system and process, ensure the cost control, the safety and the efficiency
• As the representative of company management, communicate and coordinate with related government departments and maintain the good functional relationship.
• Cooperate with other department managers and undertake other assignment related to logistics function. Coordinate and assist other department’s work to achieve the company overall business goal together.

Your Qualifications:

• Good English in speaking and writing,German is a plus.
• Min 5 years in logistics management or similar position
• Good team player
• Be able to work under pressure and has ability to cope with crisis and difficult situations
• Good computer skills,such as MS-office, excellent skills in Excel,Good ERP system skills.
