JD:

1. Responsible for custom clearance of importing and exporting

2. Booking the cargo for the shipment;

3. Check the documents for importing shipment;

4. Prepare the documents for exporting shipment;

5. Coordinate with group of the logistics issues for the group sales globally;

6. Ensure the goods arrive to JOTC / customer on time;

7. Tracking all relative shipment and monitor until shipment arrive;

8. Select the correct forwarder with cost effective concept;

9. Order the packing service based on shipping schedule;

10. Work out the payment request basing on process requirement for logistics service provider

11. Offer the logistics solution to group when complicated situation happens

12. Implement the agreed logistics solution to support global / domestic business

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics or Commercial,

2. More than 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or customs broker.

3. Strong experience about China customs rules

4. Strong experience about bonded zone handling

5. Mechanic or Electronics Components supply chain experience

6. English in writing ,speaking is Mandatory

7. IFS experience is a plus.
