Job Responsibilities:

• Working with warehouse and transportation service providers, follow operation procedures and make sure all KPIs are fully respected and aligned.
• Cooperate with head quarters team and local agents, ensure the compliance of quality and Chinese labeling is well managed in a high level
• Be the main contact person of various after sales service tasks, ie. alternation, repair, clearning, and return, etc.) , providing active support to retail stores and liaising with local vendors
• Actively involve in all kinds of store and company events, offering a total logistics solution with solid execution.

Position Requirement:

• Bachelor degree with Logstics related major from an elite univeristy
• Minimum 2 year working experiences in luxury retail industry, after sales service exposure is a must
• Strong sense of responsibility, able to work indenpendently with a proactive mindset
• Good team player and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and can handle working pressure
• Familiar with SAP system, proficient in MS Excel; good command of English in both speaking and written
