Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the issuesrelated to goods receiving/shipping with Import/Export/Warehouse.

2. In charge of Chinese QC andtesting process and liaise with testing lab, warehouse and HQ for GB standardupdate.

3. Maintain database, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, and safety records.

4. Work closely with other functions (i.e. VM,Merchandising, FIN, Retail Ops, Digital etc.) for logistics related arrangement.

5. Build up optimaltransportation modes, routing, and process as well as response frequency tomeet business operation requirements.

6. Track vendor's performanceand continuously improve inbound delivery performance. Claim follow up e.g.settle the compensation of transportation shortage/damage.

7. Use systematic approach to analyse the deviationsand take quick actions.

8. Assist Logistics Manager to set up new processes and procedures betweenHK regional office and new SMCP China.

9. Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Requirement:

1. University Graduate of 3-5 years relevant experience in logistic functions, preferably inthe luxury / fashion retail.

2. Capableof working independently and taking proactive actions.

3. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.

4. Strong computer skills in MS office (excel, word and power point).

5. Strong communication technique is preferable.

6. Localcustom. QC and labeling knowledge is a must.
