Job Purpose:
To be the bridge between stores and CBO. To optimize sales opportunity through allocation & rebalancing among china stores, do business analysis and provide constructive product feedbacks to CBO.
To support sales team with tools development, business analysis, alert and suggestions.
To provide CBO with qualitative and quantitative feedbacks, including missing sales and potentials.
Key Accountabilities:
In addition to following Pedder Group’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Product allocation and stock movement management (40%)
To build up sales and stock master file at SKU level with regular maintenance and updates
Regularly review product allocation by store, rebalance stock level to optimize sales potential and total China ST.
Chase order fulfillment and delivery status, timely raise reorder or stop reminder to CBO.
To work closely with warehouse to ensure that the right merchandise is in the right location at the right time
Highlight slow-movers and heavy stock-on-hand for attention;
Propose reorder whenever needed and possible
Work with CBO, planning and retail team to define stock parameter and facilitate the auto-replenishment process;
Review the inventory level with retail team for BOH storage capacity planning
To facilitate end of season return and staff sale
Business analysis and sales tools development (40%)
To deep diving in data, analyses the business from different angles
To well master products sales and stock, integrate with on-site comments and parallel market insights;
To collect information from all channels and consolidate to one page for retail team;
To issue newsletters for the topics of incoming/promotion/sales/etc.
To create and develop easy-to-use sales tools for retail team;
Supplement product and market information, support product/collection training;
Product training and CBO communication (20%)
To timely obtain training material/photobook and related information from CBO
Compile training materials/product sheet for retail team at regular basis;
Provide CBO with constructive product feedback, capture business opportunity and minimize missing sales;
Proposal reorder suggestions at early stage of new season
Coordinate season-end sales, markdown list and discount rate
Requirements:
1-2 years’ experience in product allocation / business analyst / supply chain / eCommerce operation; OR Statistics / Engineering education
Luxury brands/sportwear/eCommerce fulfilment working experiences preferred
Excellent MS excel skill, SQL database / MS BI will be a plus
Good product sense and service spirit
Independence and ability to work under pressure
Ability to solve problem, deal with ambiguities, strictly meet deadline
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command in English reading/writing and listening
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience will be considered
