Key accountabilities of the position

• Manage the teams for daily logistics operations for pre-order & replenishment stock, packing list handling as well as billing

• Guide the team to execute the daily logistics operation, both ocean and air ex China and Bangladesh, and ensure all shipping documents accurate and ready on time. Close contact with Brands Merchandising team for shipment arrangement.

• Ensure the team to provide correct packing lists in timely manner for the shipments ex China, Bangladesh or overseas distribution centres

• Supervise the team for month end closing, monitor the timeliness and accuracy of internal billing as well as the billings to end buyers

• Coordinate with Corporate Finance and Sales Department for the reporting

• Liaise with 3PL’s to cope with logistics and transportation requirements especially to the Netherlands and the USA. Review the performance of 3PL in regular basis

• Negotiate with 3PL’s for monthly ocean freight quotation as well as ad hoc airfreight inquiries

• Guide the team to check the 3PL’s logistics service invoices from overseas distribution centres

• Participate in assigned ad hoc projects

• Prepare monthly logistics expense report

Key requirements for the position

• Degree holder in Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain or related disciplines

• At least 5 years in logistics or supply chain industry with at least 2 years experience at supervisory level

• Experience in garment wholesaling is a plus

• Proactive and independent

• Self-motivated person with good interpersonal and supervisory skills

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Proficiency PC knowledge in MS applications, especially in Excel

• Good knowledge in import & export procedure and regulation

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Supervisor
