Job Descripition

1. Local logistics flow

Responsible for order processing for outbound deliveries to stores

Coordinate with Supply Chain Planning and brands’ teams to support new stores opening and new products launch

Local Transport performance monitoring

Stock returns management

Staff Sales arrangement

2. Logistics performance follow up

Maintain logistics scorecard and follow up related KPIs, particularly regarding lead times and timely deliveries

Lead regular inventory accuracy checks

3. International inbound shipments

Purchase orders processing & tracking in ERP system

Handle Importation/Customs/CIQ flow, including monitoring of all accurate documentation, processing of fees & taxes payments

Responsible for importation labelling operations

Coordinate inbound shipments with 3PL Warehouse partner

Logistics Claim management

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above, preferred if major in logistics, supply chain management with at least 2 years of relevant experience in freight, transportation or logistics management.
• Luxury Cosmetics or fashion products handling experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of import documentation and flow. Familiar with Customs & CIQ regulations.
• Purchase & Sales Order processing in ERP system
• Cross-function collaboration and interpersonal communication skills. Proactive with high sense of responsibility, willing to learn and self-motivated.
• Well organized, with strict time management.
• Good computer/Microsoft office skills.
