Flash is looking for a Logistic specialist, who will be responsible for providing and managing the receipt and distribution of direct material within the plants, shipment of miscellaneous and interplant material, management of cribs and implementation of cost effective material handling plans. You will also be responsible for developing and overseeing proper material flow utilizing CPS guidelines/principles. This includes communicating with the transportation group and carriers to optimize external material flow.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Logistic process development and implementation
• Overview logistics landscape (internal & external) , initiative most optimized route with high service level and proper cost
• Manage procedure with forwarders and local authorities.
• Supply chain security and export control
• Work closely with all Suppliers (OEMs and freight forwarders) to ensure delivery & specific Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) are met.
• Periodically conduct impromptu freight forwarders warehouse security audits in the drive to ensure compliance to Flash requirements.
• Documentation and reporting like ISO process, etc.

Qualifications

• BSc/BA in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in a logistic&/export position or similar position in a professional production firm.
• Relevant hands-on experience
• Good understanding of logistic planning, process development & implementation
• Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models.
• Solid analytical and decision-making skills, result-oriented.
