Purpose of the department：

1) In charge of the import & export logistic and services at the best ratio price/quality/delivery/service

2) Strategic thinking in Asia logistic map and central warehouse setting

3) Stock management including supervise on central warehouse stock & stock replenishment plan for the greater China and south east Asia regoin

Main missions：

• In charge of all the import & export logistic business.
• Select the suitable freight forwarder to get the best price and best service
• Prepare the shipping documents for the Customs.
• Check the Customs HS code for each shipment to ensure it is correct and the duty&tax is correct.
• Follow each shipment and solve any problem if happened.
• Keep the good relations with Customs and CIQ.
• Keep close contact with Finance department for the invoice of the export shipments issuing
• Control logistic cost at a reasonable and competitive level
• Select the suppliers in collaboration with the different departments (supply chain, marketing, development)
• Manage a panel of suppliers matching with our needs
• Negotiate the best prices for the best ratios price/quality/delivery/service

Job Requirements：

• Negotiation method
• Orders follow up from the intial demand to the shipment of the goods
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Good comman of using Microsoft Office or similar, Internet
• Capable to negotiate, to argue and to persude
• Good sens of the relationship, good outlooking
• Rigourous and well organized
• Easy communication
• Open mind and curious, waking state on the markets evolutions
• Confidentiality and respect of the profesionnal secret.
