CocciMarket (https://coccimarket.jd.hk/) is currently developing e-commerce stores in Mainland China and we are looking for a logistic analyst to support the e-commerce team. The position is open ASAP for a full-time job.

Job Description

A. Support the e-commerce sales/marketing team in:

1) Track and inform the arrival of the products;

2) Responsible for the record of the products arrived in warehouses;

3) Support SCM and inventory control;

4) Assist the communication between the Company and the third parties;

5) Additional ad hoc projects and duties as required.

B. Translate French documents, product packaging and manuals;

C. Perform some secretarial duties and general office management, track and monitor expenses.

岗位描述：

1、协助、支持电商团队和运营团队：

1）跟踪产品运输情况并通知产品到货信息；

2）负责入库产品的登记和备案；

3）协助、支持供应链管理和库存控制；

4）协助公司与第三方的沟通；

5）根据需要完成其他特别项目或协助工作；

2、翻译法语文件、产品外包装和产品说明手册等；

3、履行部分秘书职责，协理办公室行政事务。

Job Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor or above, major/minor in French/Business is preferred;

2. Sufficient level of French (oral, written, and translation);

3. Good with numbers and have good computer skills (esp. Excel); familiarity with Kingdee software is a plus;

4. Logistics/Foreign trade related working experience is preferred; knowledge of accounting is a plus;

5. Have strong beauty sense and is familiar with cosmetics, a team player who is detail-oriented, with good communication skills.

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学历：法语专业（辅修亦可）、电商、物流等相关专业优先考虑；

2、具备优良的法语书面和口头表达能力（交流、翻译）；

3、对数字敏锐，具备良好的计算机技能（尤其是Excel的处理能力），熟悉金蝶软件者优先；

4、有物流/外贸相关工作经验者优先，熟悉会计相关知识者优先。

5、具有较强的审美能力，对化妆品牌较为熟悉，具有团队合作精神，认真负责，注重细节，善于沟通。
