As a Location HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing managers/employees with consultancy on HR issues, ensuring implementation of agreed HR policies, and representing the needs of the business on HR policy, including on Labor Relations, for Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China.
Reporting to the Location HR Business Partner, you will build a performance culture in the organization. Implementing group and global business performance standards, KPIs, and targets to enhance business performance.
Your responsibilities
- Acting as the HR partner to line managers. Understanding business needs and supporting on building up the human capacity to meet the mid-to-long term business needs
- Building performance culture in the organization. Implementing group and global business performance standards, KPIs, and targets to enhance business performance.
- Identifying performance issues and take actions to address them in close collaboration with company HR and COE. Recognizing and rewarding high performance in individuals and teams
- Ensuring competency development actions are in place to support business strategy. Implementing learning and development activities to build and improve competence in collaboration with COE and GBS.
- Providing talent management support for managers. Ensuring and maintaining a powerful talent “pipeline” for the business.
- Representing HR in the workplace, building partnerships between employees, HR, and managers. Delivering day to day HR management contact/relationship for employees, including employee welfare, counseling, and grievance redressal, disciplinary processes, facilitate changes
- Ensuring adherence to HR policy and the standards on OHS and Compliance
Your background
- 5 years of HR working experiences
- Good at computer skills
- A Bachelor’s degree or above, with Human resources, management, or related qualifications
- Fluency in English & Chinese
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong learning agility
- Must be proactive and Self-motivator
