職責要求
1.Managing all Localisation QA and Translation projects delivered from out Asian studios
2.Working closely with peers in across the global organisation to ensure all projects exceed client expectations
3.Managing a team of Operations Managers and Project Managers to enable them to grow and develop
4.Creating and implementing unified processes using industry and company best practice standards
5.Reviewing and assessing delivery on an ongoing basis to ensure continual improvement
6.Managing budgets, staff utilisation, etc. to ensure profitability
7.Being a champion for linguistic quality

3.First rate leadership and negotiation skills
4.Strong analytical and budgeting skills
5.Strong written and verbal communication skills
6.Ability to manage a constantly changing workload
7.Ability to work under pressure and with constantly changing priorities
8.Excellent team-working and influencing skills
9.Flexibility regarding hours of work
10.Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- High level of fluency in both English is essential
