Job Description

Develop customer development strategy, implement KA sales chain plan, achieve and exceed sales KPI. Establish long-term cooperative relationship with regional key retail customers. Sign contract,track sales performance, collect sales flow data and follow up the implementation of marketing activities. Effectively manage resources to achieve the goal of achieving the maximum output with the minimum input (analyze store output data and select stores that need third-party personnel) Recruitment, training, management and development of temporary employees of third party pharmacies. Coordinate with different departments, especially BU sales team and traditional commercial team.

Minimum requirements

University Degree (life sciences, business administration…) Good in english written -Experience in pharmaceutical retail channel management and distributor management or at least 2 years retail experience in OTC area, including 1 year management experience
