岗位职责:

Maintain relation with government authorities and proactively check/understand local regulations/practices；
Handle government inspection, includes but not limited to tax audits, with close support from central functions；
Be responsible for tax filing, statistics reports and other documents required by the authorities (Tax, Customs, Administration of Industry and Commerce, Finance Bureau etc.)；
Process non-trade overseas payment and file related withholding taxes；
Collect payment requests and verify authorisation, accounting accuracy and legality of supporting document；
Manage company chops and document filing according to relevant routines；
Maintain, order and distribute office supplies and admin storage management；
Support the local Customs Teams to validate and check the documents in the custom clearance process.

任职资格:

University degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
Good knowledge on tax filing requirements and tax regulation.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and regulation.
Basic understanding of legal compliance.
Good written and oral skills both in English and Chinese.
Good coordination and organisation skills.
Good communication skill
Ability to work under time pressure.
Self-motivated, prioritize and take initiate towards set objectives.
