JOB PUPROSE:
We are looking for an enthusiastic LIVE Influencer Operations Specialist to build strategic, successful, long-term relationships with local creators.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the creators Livestream sessions and support creators to refine their content quality, performance.
- Gather insights and analysis of relevant data for creator performance.
- Collaborate across teams to promote campaigns and creator profiles and produce featured content.

SKILLS AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in talents/influencer management
- Professional, patient and skillful communication.
- Result-oriented, good data analysis skills and proven ability to adapt well to a startup environment.
- Proficient in Chinese and English
