Liquidity Risk Manager/Director -Risk Management Department

Job purpose:

As a part of a successful and growing international team, you will manage the existing Market and Liquidity Risk Management of Bank of China Luxembourg, coordinate and participate in the New Product development assessment in relation with capital market products. In addition, you will assess Liquidity and Market Risk, to monitor, to report and to mitigate the risk.

Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:

·       Perform and report IRRBB stress testing. Develops IRRBB according to existing HO and EU regulation.

·       Coordinate ICAAP, ILAAP and close participation to the Pillar III report.

·       Maintain statistics and performs regular stress testing.

·       Report to the relevant committees of the Bank of China the impacts of market fluctuation and liquidity related positions.

·       Covers for Treasury Controlling activities as ancillary position.

·       Handle any other task as given by the head of department.

Qualifications

Profile (Technical Skills):

·       At least university degree in Finance or related majors.

·       7-10 years of experience and knowledge in Liquidity and Market Risk Management.

·       English is mandatory, Mandarin Chinese is appreciated.

 Profile (Soft Skills):

·       Committed, confident, determined, self-motivated, strong analytical and effective written and verbal communication skills.

·       Proactive and have a good sense of team spirit.

·       Drive for results, timely decision-making & efficiency and focus on quality and internal/external customer.

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills
