Responsibilities:

1.Manage and organize the campus activities to foster a love and habit of reading and library culture for the whole school.
2.Participate and conduct the design and decoration of the library space.
3.Collaborate closely with administration and academic team to promote the information Resource Centre.
4.Reach out and support teachers with ideas on how to integrate the library into their lessons and provide advice on appropriate learning resources.
5.Select and purchase the appropriate materials.
6.Oversee daily maintenance of the Library, including the processing for circulation.
7.Overall upkeep and tidiness as well as coordinate or repair damaged resources.
8.Maintain effective process of budget claims and payment with financial department.
9.Work closely with students and proceed the creative learning resources.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Library Science or information Science majors preferred
3. Experience in managing or assisting in a school library preferred
4. Good team player and solid communication skills
5. Cross-cultural awareness
